By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Expandia Solutions LLC provides business automation, AI-based systems, workflow development, CRM setup and management, customer communication tools, marketing automation, consulting, and digital support services. These Services are designed to improve business efficiency, operations, and customer interactions.

We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Any recommendations made through our Services are informational, and you are responsible for verifying their suitability for your business.

3. MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS

By consenting to Expandia Solutions LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Expandia Solutions LLC to the mobile number you provided. These messages may be sent via automated technology where permitted and may be delivered even if your number is registered with state or federal Do Not Call lists.

A. Service Description

Messages may include onboarding updates, appointment reminders, support notices, customer care responses, system alerts, and other service-related notifications.

B. Opt-In

Participation in SMS messaging is voluntary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt-in occurs when you submit your phone number through a form containing a clear SMS consent disclosure and checkbox.

C. Fees

Expandia Solutions LLC does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

D. Opt-Out

To stop receiving messages, text STOP at any time.
You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further automated messages will be sent unless initiated by you.

F. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the performance of your mobile provider.

4. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A. Payments

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all Services. By submitting a payment method, you authorize Expandia Solutions LLC to charge you for the Services requested.

B. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For scheduled consultations or service appointments, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may result in a fee or deposit forfeiture at our discretion.

Subscription-based Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software tools, automation frameworks, workflows, AI prompts, website designs, graphics, text, and other materials included within the Services (the “Content”) are owned or licensed by Expandia Solutions LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any Content without written authorization.

6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

By using the Services, you agree not to:

Reverse engineer or duplicate proprietary systems, workflows, or automations.

Use the Services for fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, or deceptive activities.

Attempt to bypass security features or access systems without authorization.

Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our website or platforms using automated tools.

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity when using our tools.

Resell our Services or use them to build competing platforms without permission.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expandia Solutions LLC and its employees, contractors, and officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including:

lost revenue or profits

loss of data

business interruptions

issues caused by third-party integrations or platforms

errors resulting from automated systems

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expandia Solutions LLC and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

Your use or misuse of the Services

Your breach of these Terms

Your violation of any third-party rights

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
You and Expandia Solutions LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wyoming for resolving disputes.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any unresolved dispute arising from these Terms shall be settled through binding arbitration, except where otherwise prohibited by law.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to a court or jury trial.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Expandia Solutions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
